From the beginning we worked to design reporting systems that delivered value to customers based on business insights.

We have built both customized systems when they were critical for business differentiation for clients as well as used 3rd party tools (Business Objects/Crystal Reports, Cognos, Microstrategy) to build extensive reports, dashboards, and alerting tools for clients.

We do believe though that the larger vendor tools of Oracle/Microsoft are becoming more advanced and scalable and displacing these large reports vendors.

We look to build reports that add business value. We work with clients to identify core key performance indicators and reports that will actually be used versus building hundreds of reports that no one uses. Our process is to first understand the business need before building reports/tools.
