The Microsoft Online Services Sign In tool allows users to easily access their services without needing to re-enter their password online. The Sign In tool is a required application installation for all Microsoft Online Services users and is an easy tool to setup and use. The Sign In tool will seamlessly allow you to utilize the BPOS applications for which you have been granted access.
The following step-by-step guide will provide a brief tutorial of how users can quickly and easily setup the Sign In tool and integrate with Outlook.

After downloading and installing the Signin tool, start by entering your username and password from the Microsoft Online Services. The user name and password should already be setup through the admin portal for Microsoft Online Services.
To facilitate future logins, the recommended settings are to have your username and password stored and set to automatically sign you in when starting up your computer.
You will be able to change your password the first time you login. Follow the prompted instructions after.
You will then see a screen on your Sign In tool that allows you to configure your applications to work with Microsoft Online Services.
Click "Apply Configuration" to begin the configuration process with Microsoft Office Outlook and Microsoft Office Live Meeting.
Follow the instructions that pop-up that include Privacy Options setup.
Note: If you already have an e-mail profile setup with Outlook, you will need to go to Start--> Control Panel --> Mail and then select the profile that you would like as your default.
After your Outlook has been configured with Microsoft Online Services, return to the Sign In tool and click the Options tab.
Note that you are able to change your login preferences, including automatic signing and startup options.
Click the more Options button if you wish to configure the following (to exit, click "Cancel"):
*Language Selection *Software Update Notifications *Trouble Shooting and reconfiguring desktop applications.
